Keely Snyder Designs was born in 2010, but its roots were planted early on. I have always been inspired by details. As a child, (and okay, even now) I would get giddy over all my sharpies lined up in color order, or the way certain paper feels in your hands. I was downloading free fonts and filling up the space on the family computer from a very early age, creating homemade cards and signs with my latest version of Printshop that Santa had provided.
In 2009, when my son was born, I decided to not return to my job that I loved (teaching students with special needs), but to stay home and be a full-time mommy. It was so fun to be able to create and send out cards throughout the year to family and friends of my growing guy. I quickly had people asking me to please create and sell my items. So, when my grandmother, one of the most influential persons in my life and to whom I credit my creative gene, passed away, I found that I needed a creative outlet for my soul. I took a leap of faith, and here we are!
I love what I do! I am able to combine my passion for details, with my love for creativity and photography. It brings me such joy to create beautiful things for you! I hope they are {just} what you’ve hoped for, or better.
